Welcome to the Aquathlon, where the excitement of swimming meets the thrill of running. This dynamic event combines the best of both worlds, challenging participants to excel in the water and on land. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a newcomer, our Aquathlon offers a unique and exhilarating experience for all ages and skill levels.
Participate in our Aquathlon and experience the thrill of combining swimming and running in a single event. Dive in, run strong, and join us for an unforgettable race that will test your limits and elevate your athletic performance. Set up for the event begins promptly at 5:30 am and continues until 6:45 am. From 6:00 am to 6:45 am, athletes can register for both the Championship and Open races at the picnic tables by Rascals. The National Championship race kicks off at 7:00 am with a challenging 2.5km run, 1km swim, and another 2.5km run, open to participants aged 16 and older. Simultaneously, the Open race for those 16 years and older features a 500m run, 500m swim, and 500m run.
Athlete registration for younger age groups (8 & U, 9-10, 11-12, 13-15) will be available from 7:45 am to 8:15 am, also at the picnic tables by Rascals. The events for these groups will follow with the 13-15 age group starting at 8:15 am with a 500m swim and a 2.5km run, the 11-12 age group at 8:45 am with a 250m swim and a 1.25km run, and the 9-10 age group at 9:00 am with a 100m swim and a 1km run, combined with the 8 and under participants. The day concludes with a Rascals buffet breakfast and awards ceremony from 9:30 am to 10:00 am, celebrating the achievements of all competitors.
