National Aquathlon Championships

Saturday March 25th

7:30 pm – Online race briefing, a Zoom link will be emailed on Friday to the email provided upon completion of the online registration form (see link below)

Sunday March 26th

• Set up from 5:30 am to 6:45 am
• 6:00am to 6:45 am – athlete registration (Championship & Open race) (picnic tables by Rascals)
• 7:00am – The National Championship race, 2.5km run, 1km swim, 2.5km run, minimum age 16,
• 7:00am – Open race (16 years and older), 500m run, 500m swim, 500m run
• 7:45 am to 8:15 am – athlete registration (8 & U, 9-10, 11-12, 13-15) (picnic tables by Rascals)
• 8:20 am Call to transition for 8&U, 9-10, 11-12,13-15
• 8:15am – 13-15 age group, 500m swim and 2.5km run,
• 8:45 am – 11- 12 age group, 250m swim and a 1.25km run,
• 9:00am – 9-10 age group, 100m swim and 1km run (combined with 8 and under)
• 9:30am – 10:00am – Rascals buffet breakfast + awards and prize giving
