Distances
Sprint & Sprint Relay – 750m swim (2 loops), 20km bike ( 8 loops), 5km run (2 loops)
Try-a-tri – 375m swim (1 loop), 10km bike (4 loops), 2.7km run (1 loop)

N.B. the Try-a-tri course will be within the sprint distance course.
Venue:
Port St. Charles Yacht Club. Parking on the North shoulder (land side) of Hwy 1B, outside the North Gate of PSC Yacht Club or the service parking lot to your immediate left as you approach the security gate to the PSC Yacht Club. Triathletes, volunteers and spectators will have to park and then proceed to walk over the bridge to registration and the transition.

Entry Deadline:
All entries must be in before 11:59.59 on Thursday September 17, 2020
Entries after the deadline can be accommodated subject to space for an entry fee of $150.
Registration fees:
Sprint Distance: members – BD$50/US$25, non members – BD$80/US$40
Try-a-Tri Distance: members BD$30/US$15, non members – BD$50/US$25
Relay Teams: BDS$80 per team or US$40 per team

Online Race Briefing:
The Race Briefing will be held via Zoom Saturday 19th September 2020 (evening before the race) at 5:00 P.M.
Failure to attend the briefing will result in a time penalty
Race fees should be paid prior to the Briefing.
After the briefing you will receive your Race Number for self numbering & other race related information. The briefing will explain all three sections of the Course and Transition area.
Race Rules:
No drafting on the bike allowed.
All repairs during an event shall be performed by the individual racer.
Racers must complete the event on the same bicycle upon which he/she began the event.
Any repairs or changes must be done with equipment carried by the individual racer.
All competitors must attend the pre-race briefing and must familiarize themselves with the course.
Any Foul riding, unsportsmanlike behaviour or abusive languages may result in warning, penalties, relegation, and/or disqualification.
Cyclist failing to stay left of middle of road may be warned, penalized, relegated, and/or disqualified.
Any modified instructions shall be verbally announced at the race briefing, repeated 15 minutes before the start of the race and shall apply to that race.
The Race Director’s & Race Referee’s decisions are final.
Other standard ITU rules also apply, in particular:
a. Approved hard helmet; b. Enclosed shoes on bike; c. Jersey or top (no bare torso).
